      For new graduates, this role offers direct mentorship from the Medical Director and participation in NVA's structured 12-month Mentorship Program. In this program, our Associate Doctor will have access to:

  * One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long, current President of TVMA and Oklahoma Mentor

  * Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life

  * Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Texas with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement

The Family Pet Clinic of Richland Hills team displays an unrivaled commitment to our clients through continuing education, technological advances in veterinary medicine and service, and most importantly, administering compassionate care to all pets entrusted to us. Our clinic is currently completing a remodel that features new flooring, updated cabinetry, and the addition of a fourth exam room, creating a more modern and efficient space for the team and clients.
