Role and Responsibilities
- Work with product managers, communications, and subject matter experts to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, Social Media Content, and other forms of program communications.
- Gather stakeholder feedback on documentation and multimedia projects to improve usability and prioritize future investments.
- Act as senior editor to ensure consistency across all internal and external training materials.
- Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as video scripts, educational presentations, and social media posts.
- Learn and understand complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Write and edit technical documents.
- Edit and format technical and program documentation in either Word or PowerPoint.
- Work with internal authors to provide changes and or recommendations to provided materials.
- Perform quality reviews of documentation to ensure the correct grammar and punctuation is used, integrating multiple inputs into a single document or presentation to develop the final customer deliverable.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- BS in related field
