Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

  • Projected average of $92,000 annually
  • Includes $80 per diem for layovers
  • 2-3 layovers per week
  • Flexible schedules Monday through Friday, or Sunday through Thursday
  • Will dispatch within a 50-mile radius of Lowell, AR

What You Will Do:

  • 1-2 deliveries per route with live unload
  • Flatbed trailers with strapping required
  • Projected average route length of just under 800 miles

Schedule:

  • Available schedules: Monday through Friday, or Sunday through Thursday
  • 2-3 layovers each week

You Will Drive:

  • Latest Penske Truck Leasing models
  • Best-in-class specifications designed for comfort, including automatic transmissions
  • Trucks equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras for enhanced safety

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Class A CDL and be domiciled in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years
  • Your DMV/MVR record should reflect 3 years with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
  • Must adhere to all federal and/or state laws and regulations
  • Regular, reliable attendance is essential
  • Proficiency in the English language is required
  • Willingness to work the specified schedule and location, complete the application process, and undergo a background check and drug screening
  • This position is safety-sensitive and regulated by the Department of Transportation, requiring a constant state of alertness

Physical Requirements:

  • Must meet the physical and mental demands necessary for the job, with reasonable accommodations possible for individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to see and hear, including close and distant vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • Frequent movement, standing, walking, and sitting required
  • Must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and enter/exit the vehicle and cargo area frequently
