Your expertise in fandom culture will shine as you assist customers, restock products, and create visually stunning displays that enhance the in-store shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an unforgettable shopping journey that motivates customers to return, showcasing your product expertise and stellar customer service skills.
  • Maintain your assigned sales floor area to ensure it meets our high visual standards.
  • Handle the register, utilizing your knowledge of pop culture to process transactions and promote additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Participate in planogram changes, assisting with organization of the store map, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising layouts.
  • Share valuable insights about music and fashion trends with management to help shape the store's offerings.
  • Contribute to store maintenance by keeping the stock room organized and the sales floor clean and inviting.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by your Store Leader to support overall store operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail setting is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is essential
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • Must be at least 16 years old to join our dynamic team.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate the store, handle product merchandising, and manage stock, including boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).

The pay range for this position starts at $16.50 - $17 per hour. Various factors such as education, location, and relevant experience will influence the final salary for potential new hires.
