We are looking for a dedicated Account Servicing Specialist to manage and service auto loan accounts that are over 90 days delinquent. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating repayment and assisting borrowers in navigating their financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Engage in negotiations with borrowers to establish manageable payment arrangements and offer viable solutions to meet their loan obligations.
  • Help borrowers develop strategies to retain their vehicles while fulfilling their payment commitments.
  • Meticulously document all account information and collection activities using loan servicing software.
  • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and connect with delinquent borrowers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, particularly in subprime consumer lending.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local collections regulations.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Capable of thriving in a rapid-paced work environment, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED is a must.
