Minimum Requirements:

• Current California Branch 2 Pest Control License.
• 2+ years in route sales or related fields.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail roles.
• Attention to detail with high standards of work quality.

• Must reside within the designated service area for operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, or food production.
• Additional pest control or safety certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical strength to handle pest control equipment; ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to work in various environments and conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Compliance with safety protocols and the use of protective equipment.
