This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for our software's technical implementation, including configuration, training, and testing assistance. You will engage with clients in various capacities, becoming a subject matter expert in our products. Your responsibilities will involve supporting new client engagements, facilitating product deployment, managing third-party integrations, and ultimately aiding clients in maximizing the efficiency of their transaction processes. You will act as a vital link between clients and our software development team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct client loan accounting and investor reporting functions using SBO to ensure accurate execution.

  • Execute remittance processing activities to support client implementations and conversions effectively.

  • Serve as a professional front-line contact by promptly and effectively communicating with clients via various channels.

  • Provide continuous support for clients by researching and resolving production issues to enhance their experience.

  • Manage loan accounting and system functionality testing to confirm new developments align with client requirements.

  • Suggest process improvements based on in-depth knowledge of our products, gained from collaboration with various clients.

  • Facilitate user training sessions while maintaining and updating documentation and training materials with the technology services training team.

  • Assist with other related duties as assigned by your manager to support team objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a related combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry, typically in a Senior Analyst or Analyst role or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of experience in loan accounting, investor accounting, or investor reporting is strongly desired.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential for this role.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, especially in managing and manipulating large data sets.

  • Demonstrated ability to actively seek detailed information, resolving client-reported issues effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and attention to detail skills, along with effective follow-up abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both individual and group settings.

  • Experience with the SBO loan accounting system is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret and parameterize adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) notes.

  • Experience collaborating with software development teams is beneficial.

  • Understanding of database structures and relationships, with the ability to develop and execute basic SQL queries in Oracle or SQL Server.

  • Background in testing software enhancements or bug fixes.

  • Experience in reconciling custodial accounts is important.

  • Self-motivated and directed towards delivering high-quality solutions and services.

The annual full-time base salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00. Specific compensation will be determined based on interviews, education, experience, training, skills, and market alignment. Eligible positions may also receive discretionary bonuses according to program guidelines. SitusAMC provides paid time off and holidays, along with various employee benefit plans including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and a 401K plan.
