Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As an AI Automation Specialist at West Shore Home, you will help build digital tools, workflows, and AI-powered automations that streamline operations and improve how people work.

Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement workflows in low-code platforms and automate manual processes.
  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to move and transform data.
  • Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities and standardize and document processes for scaling.
  • Embed generative AI, NLP, speech-to-text, and other services into workflows and experiment with emerging AI tools and capabilities.
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Experience with low-code or no-code platforms (Make/Zapier/n8n, Retool, Power Automate, Airtable, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, systems integrations and SQL.
  • Comfort translating business needs into technical requirements.
