Project Engineer

Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing technical and commercial aspects of medium-sized projects, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, structural, and/or water projects. This role requires collaboration with vendors and stakeholders, development of project plans, and coordination among various parties. The ideal candidate will have experience with applicable codes, standards, regulations, project budgets, and project management software.

Responsibilities:
- Manage technical and commercial aspects of medium-sized projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
- Coordinate among customers, contractors, and permitting agencies.
- Perform engineering calculations and complete specifications, scopes of work, reports, and interdisciplinary design packages.
- Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Competency in project management of electrical, mechanical, structural and/or water projects.
- Experience with applicable codes, standards, regulations, project budgets, and project management software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or Energy Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Project / Construction Management.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in the utility, commercial/institutional or related mechanical/electrical maintenance, operations or constructions.
