What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to inbound callers with empathy and efficiency.
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns.
  • Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate effective multitasking and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications to join our team:

  • Six months of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a GED or High School Diploma.
