Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to effectively diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
  • Enhance your experience as an automotive mechanic by working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections that are complete, accurate, and honest.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Exemplify and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer concerns.
  • Partner with fellow Technicians to solve problems, adhere to deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve our customers.
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to earn them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Meet or exceed established hourly goals.
  • Aptitude for acquiring new skills and processes.
  • A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A motivation for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move items over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles positioned above head height.
  • Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Demonstrate the necessary dexterity for efficient use of hand tools.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Effectively utilize a computer for diagnostics and communication.
