Our Support Center Analysts assist our end-users by providing technical and operational assistance.

This position works Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and works occasional Saturday morning shifts. The training schedule for this position may vary.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute: As a Support Center Analyst, you will:

    • Provide complex technical guidance and support all staff using personal computers and PC software.

    • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems that may occur in the operation of computer systems and software applications.

    • Coordinate with other IT staff when needed and follow through to ensure timely resolution of issues.

    • Install and expand PC systems and desktop hardware and software.

    • Perform repairs on PC hardware.

    • Participate in the evaluation of system needs including the recommendation of appropriate software product solutions to meet those needs.

  • What it Takes:

    • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.
