We are currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Financial Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The FMS Analyst/Financial Analyst, Junior will provide financial support to the PMA-231 FMS Budget Financial Managers.

Functional Description:

• Assist in tracking to monitor expenditures, forecast future financial needs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or reallocation.

• Prepare and deliver financial documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.

• Transcribing and summarizing meeting minutes and notes, tracking action item status, and preparing action items.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

• Enter/review financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Management Information System for International Logistics, or Standard Procurement System.

• Experience/knowledge of NERP, DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) is helpful, but not required

• Position may require travel

Required Experience: Junior - less than Three (3) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Required Education: Junior – BA/BS degree.

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:

· Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65 to $112,478.47 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
