Mission Physical Rehabilitation is part of a growing group of outpatient orthopedic clinics specializing in orthopedic rehab, sports injuries, and personalized care. With nine convenient locations throughout San Antonio, we’re committed to helping patients recover, move better, and live healthier lives — all in a supportive and patient-first environment.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist with Mission, you’ll:

  • Deliver individualized, high-quality care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions

  • Work alongside a collaborative team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff

  • Contribute to clinical growth through mentorship, education, and innovation

  • Enjoy the resources of a multi-location practice, with the personalized feel of a local clinic

  • Build strong relationships with patients and become a valued member of your community

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Texas

  • Passion for orthopedic and sports rehab

  • Strong communication & patient care skills

  • Team-first mentality and hunger to grow
