Opportunity Summary:
Our client is a dynamic technology company specializing in ISD Americas. As a Business Operations Manager, your focus will be on managing the processes and rhythm of business, forecasting financials, and coordinating strategic initiative reporting. Your work will be crucial for equipping delivery leaders with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee processes and business rhythm for ISD Americas.
- Forecast financials and manage any leakage effectively.
- Coordinate comprehensive reporting on strategic initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights for portfolio health reviews, as well as monthly and mid-month operational reviews.
- Ensure that delivery leaders have the necessary information for timely decision-making.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data insights.
Key Qualifications:
MUST-Haves:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a business management role.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial management.
- Fluency in Spanish to support the LATAM business.
- Experience working across various countries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Some experience with Power BI is a plus.
- General understanding of consulting projects and billable hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a business management role within a consulting environment.
- Degree in accounting or a strong financial analyst background.
