Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
  • Expanding your skills and knowledge as you work on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Performing thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborating with the team to effectively troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintaining our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the shop.
  • Communicating clearly with the service department about any vehicle issues.
  • Working closely with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
  • Willingness to learn additional skills and processes.
  • A professional appearance and excellent communication abilities.
  • A desire for long-term career growth and development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work with tools on vehicles at elevated heights.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces as required by specific repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently utilize hand tools.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Skilled in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer for diagnostics.
