Our proven formula for success has made us an industry leader and one of the largest and most successful executive search firms in the country, with over 750 search consultants. No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide the training, tools, and support necessary to help you reach your earning goals. Additionally, we offer continuous coaching and guidance to ensure your success. This commission-driven role offers the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
- Work closely with clients to fill urgent job openings
- Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements
- Use recruiting tools and resources effectively
- Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
- Assist in negotiating job offers
- Conduct reference checks for candidates
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to source and engage clients and candidates with consistent outbound activity
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone
- Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred, but not required
- Successful completion of gpac training and all required courses
