Behavior Technician - Experienced Required

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team in delivering high-quality behavioral and educational services to individuals with special needs. This role involves direct client support and close collaboration with school professionals and behavioral specialists to implement evidence-based interventions and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to children and/or adults with special needs

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with accuracy and consistency

  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

  • Collect, document, and report behavioral data to support treatment planning and progress monitoring

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician (required)

  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)

  • TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
