Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Location: Nashville, Downtown, (Free Parking or on bus route)
Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and support janitorial team members in daily cleaning operations
  • Train team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and equipment use
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain top-quality performance
  • Assist with general cleaning duties: trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom care, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Coordinate with employees to complete special tasks and assist the manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone feels valued and motivated
What We're Looking For
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred **
  • Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
