You will be required to interact with customers, including minors, and handle various responsibilities such as managing cash transactions and maintaining security within the store. As part of our commitment to safety and integrity, a review of criminal history is essential for this role.

This role requires:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
