Atlantic Group is hiring a Receptionist & Office Administrator (Temporary) for our client in Greenwich, CT. This in-office role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with expertise in front desk management, office coordination, and administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will ensure a welcoming, professional office environment while handling daily administrative operations and office logistics.
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Receptionist & Office Administrator:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
- Call & Email Handling: Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative inquiries.
- Meeting & Room Coordination: Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Office Administration: Handle mail distribution, supply orders, and office upkeep.
- Calendar & Travel Support: Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Vendor & Event Coordination: Manage vendor relations, office services, and company events.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office management roles preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Concur (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and office management systems.
- Skills & Attributes: Professional, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a corporate or professional office setting is a plus.
