Our client, a business and data-driven organization, is seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst, you will be part of the Project Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Project-Based)

Remote (US)

Pay Range:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Collect, clean, and manage datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability

  • Analyze data using statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to recommend improvements

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Tableau

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support implementation of solutions

What's Needed?

  • Experience with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods

  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement

  • Ability to create clear, actionable reports and visualizations

  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
