Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Office Hours: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexible hours with required overtime during tax season (February-April).
Location: West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in tax compliance, planning, and strategy development. What you will be doing:
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp), partnerships, fiduciary accounts, non-profits, and multi-state filings.
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex tax issues and develop innovative tax strategies.
- Assist clients with tax-related matters, including IRS and state notices, collections, and appeals.
- Participate in client development and retention, fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide informed solutions.
- Participate in client development, retention, and relationship management.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize client financial outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- CPA/EA eligibility preferred (or actively pursuing CPA/EA certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts within a CPA firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Lacerte is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software (preferably Lacerte).
