About The Role:

As a Lead Graphic Designer at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling designs that resonate with our clients and business stakeholders. We are looking for a creative thinker with exceptional resourcefulness, strategic vision, and the ability to effectively communicate and sell your ideas. Collaborate with our talented creative team, vendors, and both internal and external clients to deliver top-notch design solutions that support our Business Development efforts across various platforms and audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive commercial real estate marketing initiatives through innovative design concepts and visuals.

  • Align design strategies with CBRE’s business goals to create impactful materials.

  • Expertly adhere to brand guidelines while delivering customized solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Identify and collaborate with external vendors effectively.

  • Transform client feedback and insights into relevant and engaging creative outputs.

  • Execute design projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight.

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong multitasking skills.

  • Stay updated on digital trends and leverage new tools and technologies.

  • Present creative ideas confidently and facilitate brainstorming sessions.

  • Ensure quality by reviewing and proofreading designs to meet high standards.

  • Mentor junior designers and share best practices to foster their professional growth.

  • Keep abreast of emerging design technologies, trends, and strategies.

  • Engage in special marketing projects as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts is preferred along with 2-5 years of related experience.

  • Proven experience in supporting Business Development initiatives.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles.

  • Experience in project management, editing, and content development.

  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Capability to provide timely, reliable updates to internal clients.

  • Effectively present and convey information to diverse audiences.

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and skills. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and a range of benefits including 401(K), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
