Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial separation equipment sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler - 1st Shift to join their dynamic team. As an Assembler - 1st Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly of custom-built industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $19.94 per hour

Shift: 1st shift - Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm with the potential of 10 hours per day and possibly Saturday hours up to 8

What's the Job?

  • Cut screen cloth to size and prepare materials for assembly
  • Apply edging strips and heat edging to bond with the screen cloth
  • Install grommets, spot weld, and punch holes as required for assembly
  • Package finished products for shipment ensuring quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
What's Needed?
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE including steel toe shoes, full-length pants, and safety glasses
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
