Location: Flexible and may allow for relocation to one of several locations or work remotely with travel (approximately 40%).
To be successful in this critical role:
- BS/MS in Polymer / Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Experience scaling up polymerization and chemical processes from lab to manufacturing with knowledge of high viscosity polymers. Experience with water soluble polymers / hydrogels is a plus.
- Prior experience leading pilot trials with CMO's or equipment vendors.
- Ability to work in a small to medium sized organization with limited bureaucracy.
