Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems in homes and businesses.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes.
- Accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, service recommendations, and next steps.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and service vehicles.
- Document all work performed, including labor, parts used, and system diagnostics.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and uphold service standards.
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience, including service and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
- Clear and professional communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
- Must be reliable, task-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- SST and OSHA certifications required or willingness to obtain.
