Job Description
We're seeking a Board Certified, Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Sterling, Co.
No hospital work required
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary - $250,000 to $284,800
- $20k Sign-on Bonus
- 4-day work week (32 scheduled patient hours per week)

- Defined Contribution Pension Plan. Salud contributes 5% of your compensation each month (no matching employee contribution is required...you receive the contribution no matter what). Employees who have worked at least 1,000 hours within a 12-month period are eligible.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
- No prior experience
- Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Board certification in family medicine
- J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
