Exciting Opportunity for a Physiatrist
Join a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to providing exceptional post-acute physiatry care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Our model focuses on delivering quality care and building strong relationships with facilities and the community, rather than emphasizing revenue-driven metrics.
Key Highlights:
- Clinical Focus: Conduct onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger point injections), manage medications, and implement patient-centered rehabilitation and opioid reduction strategies.
- Workflow: Serve 35-40 patients per day with appointments typically lasting 10-15 minutes, visiting 2-4 sites each week (maximum of 2 sites per day). Enjoy a supportive environment with scribes and EHR/voice dictation to streamline your work.
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling options with 3-5 days per week available; no nights, weekends, or call duties.
- Compensation: Competitive salary of $300,000 base, with a history of physicians earning between $400,000 and $500,000+. Bonus opportunities available for sign-on and relocation, along with comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowances, health coverage, 401K, and company-provided technology.
