Position: Customer Service Representative I
ONSITE IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA - Must be able to work onsite
Starting Pay: $21.93/hour
Training Starts: January 5th, 2026

Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Your job includes:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding tolling and administration using resources and training provided.
- Identifying customer needs and ensuring they receive complete and accurate information.
- Processing transactions through various applications.
- Submitting research requests clearly and precisely.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicating warmly and empathetically with customers.
- Adhering to confidentiality laws and regulations.
- Supporting other team members during busy periods or absences.
Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- The ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- A strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer service experience.
- Comfort with navigating multiple applications and finding solutions efficiently.
- A passion for helping customers and resolving their issues.
- A calm demeanor for managing customer concerns.
- A commitment to attending all training sessions.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Pass a customer service skills assessment.
