Talent Community Overview: LEE is hiring for three distinct Senior Director roles designed to accelerate organizational effectiveness and execution across our internal and external functions. These are all full-time, temporary positions (Senior Director 1 classification band) with the opportunity to convert to permanent roles by the end of July 2026, contingent on individual performance and strategic needs. Please express interest by submitting one complete application for consideration across the three roles. A complete application includes an uploaded resume, a link to a relevant work sample, and responses to two short-answer questions. Our hiring team will review applications on a rolling basis; however, the priority deadline is Monday, January 5th.

Selection Process: The process will include an initial interview, an invitation to an information session covering all three roles, a 1-on-1 interview with the Hiring Manager for your matched role, and a final interview. We anticipate holding information sessions in mid-January for candidates who advance beyond the initial interview screening.
