Job Description
  • Lead and manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Supervise and support on-site teams to maintain high-quality standards.
