Serving as a front-line interface to users with technical issues, the System Administration Specialist will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems by conducting systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies. Your duties may include installing new software, troubleshooting, granting permissions to applications and training users and making recommendations for hardware and software purchases. We'll rely on you to also be responsible for the day-to-day support of server services and operating systems by administering and monitoring physical and virtual servers performance using monitoring tools.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related discipline or equivalent experience
An understanding of server based operating systems
Basic troubleshooting skills within the servers OS as well as both networking and storage technologies
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise server solutions

Target salary range: USD $80,024.00/Yr. - USD $86,589.00/Yr. As a Software Engineer, you'll perform software requirements analysis, participate in research and design, and develop and test software and tools. From inventing new products or enhancing existing applications, your talent will be front and center.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
