Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist in the Music Division

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to help us achieve our sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our store's sales and profitability while taking on senior-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to surpass personal sales targets.
  • Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson program to attract new students.
  • Build relationships by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
  • Enhance customer connections through engaging sales presentations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service.
  • Involve yourself in various store operations, including merchandising and displays.
  • Help maintain store security including managing keys and alarm codes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
