Job Description:
  • The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ensures the quality and appropriateness of resident / patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
  • The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator manages budget for facility.
  • The LNHA makes sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • The LNHA manages all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
  • The LNHA is responsible for grievance process from residents, patients, employees, etc.

The position requires a Nursing Home Administrator License valid in Pennsylvania.
