Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is a well-established and growing electrical contractor seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support our Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects running smoothly and wants hands-on exposure to the construction and electrical industry.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, field crews, general contractors, and suppliers, gaining valuable experience across all phases of a project - from setup to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers to support day-to-day project execution
  • Assist with job setup, tracking, and project documentation
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, and related follow-up
  • Prepare reports and help keep projects organized and on schedule
  • Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and correspondence
  • Communicate with field teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Provide general project support and assist where needed to ensure project success
Competencies & Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Compensation

Compensation for this position is a range of $65k to $85k based on experience

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
