Work Setting: On-Site (Culver City, CA)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, DOE

What You'll Do: The Impact You'll Make

As the ODR Program Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team working to house chronically homeless and justice-involved adults referred through the Los Angeles County Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR). You will ensure the highest quality of service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration between Alcott, partner agencies, and funders.

Program Leadership & Oversight
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and performance evaluations for program staff delivering outreach, engagement, and housing stabilization services.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and coordination across internal and external partners.
  • Monitor program performance to achieve funder requirements, including maintaining a minimum 90% housing retention rate.
  • Ensure services reflect Alcott's philosophy of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
  • Participate in the after-hours crisis rotation to provide emergency consultation and staff support.
Clinical & Administrative Coordination
  • Provide clinical direction and crisis support to staff as needed.
  • Review and approve client documentation, assessments, and service plans for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all data and documentation meet contractual, regulatory, and agency standards through regular audits.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies, including DHS and DMH, to ensure integrated, client-centered care.
Program Compliance & Fiscal Management
  • Maintain adherence to all contractual obligations, performance metrics, and quality assurance standards.
  • Assist in program budget oversight, ensuring alignment of expenses with approved allocations.
  • Prepare reports and updates for internal leadership and funders as needed.
  • Support the Director in evaluating program outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Team Development & Collaboration
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture rooted in Alcott's mission and values.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, facilitate team meetings, and identify ongoing training needs.
  • Promote communication across Alcott departments and partner agencies to strengthen service integration.
What You'll Bring: Your Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or justice involvement.
  • BBS registration (ASW, AMFT, or APCC) required; licensed (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of crisis intervention, outreach strategies, case management, harm reduction, and housing navigation.
  • Experience with mental illness, chronic health conditions, and substance use disorders.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and data reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of public benefit programs, landlord/tenant law, and eviction prevention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Licenses and Requirements
  • Valid California Driver's License, clean driving record, and insurability under Alcott's policy.
  • Successful Live Scan background clearance.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and at least one booster (proof of exemption must be provided if applicable).
