Position: Project Manager

Project Type: Commercial

Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000

Anticipated Start Date: Available Immediately/Mid-Late November

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all project management and estimating functions.

  • Ensure project bidding, estimating, and execution meet profitability goals and delivery expectations.

  • Manage workload distribution and monitor project performance.

  • Contribute to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating.

  • Strong knowledge of general contracting construction projects in a commercial setting.

  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Heavy Bid.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
