Responsibilities:

  • Due Diligence: Perform thorough financial and operational due diligence, including in-depth market research, competitive landscape assessments, and evaluation of business models for co-investment opportunities and venture funds.
  • Investment Memos: Create and deliver detailed investment memo presentations (using PowerPoint) for the investment committee, clearly outlining the investment thesis, transaction dynamics, risks, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Deal Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through proactive outreach, market mapping, and building relationships with founders.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze investment opportunities and their valuations.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Prepare quarterly update reports on funds and portfolio companies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics across key verticals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (ideally in investment banking M&A, growth equity, or consulting).
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to think independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for innovation, startups, and the venture capital landscape.
