What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
- 5+ years of experience - preferred and eligible for a signing bonus
- NATE certification - preferred
- "Service MVP" experience - preferred
- Driving to assigned locations, showing up on time, and providing professional customer service to the client
- Inspecting commercial heating and air conditioning systems and accurately diagnosing the source of any problems
- Performing high-quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades and replacements as appropriate

COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH PAY AND PERKS:
Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000/year If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience. That's on top of our terrific benefits package, which includes:
