What You'll Do as a Production Line Operator:
  • Operate and maintain your assigned production line efficiently and safely.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
  • Adjust machinery and troubleshoot issues to keep production flowing.
  • Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Keep your area clean and organized (6S environment).
  • Train on and become certified in at least three workstation areas.
Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • At least 6 months of recent manufacturing or military experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs.
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).
  • Slip-resistant steel-toe/composite shoes
