Job Title: CNC Machine Repair Technician

Duration: Direct Hire

Payrate: $24/hr. - $30/hr. on w2 with full benefits

Shifts: 1st

  • Do you have experience working with CNC machines like: Mazak Mill, Mori Seiki lathe and Mill, Nakamura lathes?
Job Description:
  • With minimum guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a complex scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: production equipment, diagnose and repair of conventional and CNC machinery.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
  • Remove, repair or relocate CNC machines; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation.
  • Diagnose defects and perform repair and preventive maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, CNC machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment.
  • Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment.
  • Setup and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.
  • Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control.
  • Plan, layout and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes and other carpentry.
  • Assist in planning sequence of operations and methods to be used in overhaul and repair.
  • Check and calibrate new or rebuilt equipment after installation.
  • Identify and repair CNC machine malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical operations for proper operation.
Required Skills:
  • Five years related maintenance experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
  • May require proficiency with pump and valve overhaul procedures, especially aerospace associated equipment.
  • Ability to work from blueprints and sketches.
  • Possess required tools.
  • May require ability to setup and operate hand and power tools.
