What You'll Do
  • Adopt a user mindset to create realistic data that reflects needs you have or would expect from AI.
  • Evaluate AI outputs by examining and ranking responses generated by large language models.
  • Contribute across various projects tailored to your unique skills and experiences.
What We're Looking For
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create complex prompts and critically assess AI reasoning.
  • Strong Writing: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, concisely, and engagingly to explain your evaluations.
  • Attention to Detail: Dedication to accuracy and the capacity to evaluate the technical aspects of model outputs.
Nice to Have
  • Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc.
  • Previous writing or editorial roles (e.g., content strategist, technical writer, editor).
  • Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or innovative creative technologies.
Pay & Logistics
  • Base Rate: Up to $15/hour USD, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses: Additional pay based on project performance.
  • Type: Freelance/1099 contract - not an internship.
  • Location: 100% remote.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours - choose when and how much you work.
  • Payouts: Weekly via our secure platform.

This is a freelance position with hourly compensation. Please note we do not offer internships for this role. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence; sponsorship is not provided as this is a 1099 contract opportunity.
