We are seeking a part-time receptionist who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team. At least 1 year experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet patients and create a positive first impression.
  • Answer telephone calls and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Learn systems and stick to them.
  • A quick learner.
  • Collect patient co-pays and payments.
  • Open Dental experience (preferred).
  • Confirm appointments and manage daily schedule flow.
  • Can multitask.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
  • Has great attendance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the dental team.
