Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two years of administrative office experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members, providers, and various teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • A mindset of curiosity to encourage innovation and growth.
  • A humble approach to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage medical documentation, ensuring completeness while communicating with medical offices.
  • Coordinate authorization processes for UAS Assessments with vendors.
  • Engage in planning with the Case Management Team to ensure services are effectively delivered.
  • Streamline administrative processes for expediting membership approvals.
  • Conduct follow-ups for documentation needed to authorize services.
  • Maintain an understanding of regulatory standards and compliance pertaining to LTSS.
  • Manage the LTSS phone queue while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Verify member eligibility and coordinate with the Enrollment Eligibility Team.
  • Work on weekly and monthly reporting tasks with necessary follow-up.
  • Support LTSS programs by performing essential case management enrollment functions.
  • Conduct other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery and making a difference for our customers.
