Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a guest-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively within the Double Dogs Teamwork Service System.
- Assist guests, management, and fellow associates effectively.
- Ensure our guests have a quality experience and take full responsibility for their satisfaction.
- Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times.
- Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively, both in person and over the phone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Follow all company policies and service standards diligently.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of products and services offered.
- Stock and maintain adequate supplies for efficient service.
- Keep your workstation and guest areas clean and sanitary.
- Adhere to all food safety and personal safety guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Assist with maintenance and cleanliness as needed.
- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness.
- Remain capable of reaching, bending, and stooping frequently.
- Stand for extended periods and handle money accurately.
