Order Pullers/Picker and Packers needed in Concord, NC Awesome Performance to Hire position.
Location: Concord, NC
All Shifts
Pay: 1st $18, 2nd $19, 3rd $21
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 6am-3pm $18/hr
Sunday-Wednesday 6am-4:30pm $18/hr
Tuesday, Thursday- Saturday 6am-4:30pm $18/hr
Sunday-Wednesday 2pm-12:30am $19/hr
Monday, Thursday-Saturday 2pm-12:30am $19/hr
Sunday-Wednesday 9:30pm-6am $21/hr
Order Puller/Picker and Packer Job Duties:
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Qualifications for Order Puller/Picker and Packer
- Experience with Pick Ticket and RF Scanner
- Previous pick/pack experience
- Ability to work over time as needed
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
