Key Responsibilities:
- Process all cases completely, ensuring all processes are done accurately and efficiently.
- Work with Underwriting, Compliance, Licensing and Commissions to ensure all aspects of the case onboarding process meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with RSD's, Internal Sales, Brokers and Customers to collect the necessary documentation and information for policy issuance.
- Act as the point of contact for clients during the case setup process, providing guidance and resolving any questions or issues.
- Coordinate with IS and data management teams to ensure systems are updated with policy details, ensuring data integrity.
- Ensure timely delivery of policy documents and confirmations to clients.
- Monitor and track policy implementation progress, adjusting as necessary to meet timelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that all policies are accurately processed and meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers regarding policy implementation procedures and new product offerings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the policy setup process.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field required or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in life insurance, or insurance implementation is required.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management systems (e.g., Policy Administration Systems).
Hybrid Work Model
At our Canton location, employees will be on site Monday - Thursday. At our Omaha location, employees will be on site 2 days per week.
