As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional in-store support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met effectively. Your tasks will involve:

  • Building visually appealing displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves and performing product rotation
  • Tracking inventory to maximize sales for stores and suppliers
  • Assisting leadership with crucial tasks such as reporting, training, and scheduling
  • Onboarding and mentoring new team members

About you:

  • You have a friendly, enthusiastic personality that makes you comfortable engaging with customers and management
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are able to perform physical tasks that may involve moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You possess reliable transportation to commute to your work location
  • You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience under your belt
  • You have prior experience in leading and training others
  • You are proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to log your work after each shift
  • You exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, fostering great relationships with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and focuses on delivering results
  • You can work independently while also being an effective team builder
  • You prioritize safety while performing your job duties in a retail environment
