Looking for Informatica IDMC and knowledge of snowflake. They said they need someone who has a deep understanding of data governance and data quality concepts, so they can represent well in the project. Plus the ability to be a little more technical and hands-on, creating data quality rules, etc.

Data gov - making sure source to target mappings are done
Identifying classified data
Experience in financial companies is a plus
Data Quality role - profiling, building out rules, alteryx - looking for data quality tools like informatica IDMC, IBM, collibra
Data quality is more tech intensive
Data gov more exp with standards and guidance

What are the top 3-4 MUST HAVES Need someone that is skilled in data validations for the data going into the enterprise data platform which is snowflake- really need the snowflake skillset as they do not have much experience with snowflake on their team
Must haves: data cataloging, data modeling experience (understanding how data is structured as well as loaded into BI platforms), not BI exp like creating reports - someone who understands the platforms of business intelligence What are the NICE TO HAVES -- technical, functional, or soft skills. Have Erwin in their environment but they aren't leveraging the tool the way it is supposed to be - just need to look at the data and acknowledge that it may not be set up correctly - conceptual knowledge is good, if they have hands on experience with data modeling tools that is a plus
